摘要
目的探讨提高静脉输液质量的管理干预方法。方法通过制订静脉输液质量综合评价标准,提高批量配液速度的训练,开展难穿刺静脉方法的研究和人力资源调整等干预措施加强静脉输液技术操作的管理。结果干预后护理人员首次静脉穿刺成功率、病人满意度和配液速度比较优于干预前(均P<0.05)。结论通过护理管理干预可以有效地提高静脉输液质量。
Objective To investigate the management over improving vein infusion quality. Methods An evaluation standard of vein infusion quality was regulated, the training on venepuncture was done and nursing manpower allocated to enhance the management over the manipulation of intravenous transfusion. The maiden success rate of venepuncture, the satisfaction degree of patients and the speed of preparing solutions were compared between pre-and post-intervention. Result The maiden success rate at the venepuncture, the satisfaction degree of patients and the speed of preparing solutions before intervention were significantly higher than those after intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Intervention by nursing management can enhance the quality of intravenous transfusion.
