摘要
近年来无创正压通气（NIPPV）技术治疗左心衰竭已逐渐受到重视。NIPPV对左心衰竭治疗应根据患者具体情况采取更为个体化的治疗方案，NIPPV早期、合理、规范应用，可改善患者的临床症状及心功能，降低气管插管率和病死率。
In recent years noninvasive positive pressure ventilation technique for left heart failure has gradually be taken seriously. NIPPV on left heart failure treatment should be according to patients with specific situations adopt a more indiidualized treatment options, NIPPV early, reasonable and norms applied, can improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function, reduce the tracheal intubation rate and mortality.
