摘要
行政监督是实现行政管理科学化、民主化、法制化的重要保证。根据政治生态系统的基本理论,良性的行政监督体系应具备多样性、动态性、平衡性,注重政治生态平衡和生态效益等特点。本文运用政治生态系统理论及其模型,分析构建合乎生态法则的行政监督体系。
Administrative supervision is the important guarantee for scientific, democratic and legal administrative management. According to the basic political ecological theory, beneficent administrative management system should be diversified, dynamic and balanced, and should pay attention to political ecological balance and benefit. This article analyses the construction of an administrative supervision system which suits ecological law with political ecological system theory and model.
