摘要
目的了解安徽省居民现阶段健康素养现状。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取安徽省6个市(县)15～69岁常住人口,共3012人。结果安徽省居民具备健康素养的比例是8.79%,具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能3方面素养的比例分别是20.72%、11.16%和15.31%。具备5类健康问题素养的比例由高到低分别是:科学健康观素养(35.29%)、安全与急救素养(22.14%)、传染病预防素养(18.96%)、基本医疗素养(8.07%)、慢性病预防素养(6.77%)。结论受城乡、性别、年龄、文化程度等因素的影响,安徽省居民健康素养水平较低。
Objective To understand the current situation of the health literacy among residents in Anhui Province.Methods Using multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method and including 3012 residents aged 15-69 years old from 6 cities or countise who are permanent populations.Results The overall level of adjusted health literacy（AHL）among residents in Anhui Province was 8.79%.The AHL rates in the 3 health-literacy-related aspects as basic healthy concept and knowledge,healthy life style and behaviors,and healthy related skill were 20.72%,11.16% and 15.31% respectively.The AHL rates of 5 healthy issues as attiude towards health,safty and fist aid,infectious disease prevention,basic medical care,ands chronic non-communicable disease prevention amongs the whole my residents in the province＇s were 35.29%,22.14%,18.96%,8.07% and 6.77%,respectively.The overall AHL rate and the AHL rates in the 3 health-literacy-related aspects were all higher among the urban residents than these of the rural residents,and higher among that of the males than that of the famale.Well-educated persons with the higher proportion AHL.ConclusionThe basic health literacy among residents of Anhui province＇s is low.The AHL rales are different form the gender,the age,and with the education level and so on.
