摘要
试验探讨了饲料中不同比例的鱼粉比对丁鱥(Tinca tinca)幼鱼生长和消化酶的影响。以鱼粉作动物蛋白源,豆粕、菜饼为植物蛋白源,选择均重(6.5±0.22)g的丁鱥幼鱼900尾,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ6组,分别饲喂鱼粉为0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的饲料56 d。结果表明,用鱼粉为60%的饲料(第Ⅳ组)饲喂丁鱥,其增重率和特定生长率与其他试验组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),且该试验组蛋白质效率最高,饲料系数最低,肠和肝胰脏的蛋白酶与淀粉酶活性最高。结果提示,饲料中鱼粉比例从0%上升到60%,丁鱥的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率也随之提高,饲料系数下降,肠和肝胰脏蛋白酶活性与淀粉酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),但对肠和肝胰脏脂肪酶活性没有显著影响(P>0.05);当鱼粉超过60%后,丁鱥的增重率、特定生长率以及蛋白质效率均下降,饲料系数升高,肠和肝胰脏蛋白酶活性与淀粉酶活性亦随之下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验表明:饲喂不同比例的鱼粉饲料可以影响丁鱥的消化酶活性和生长,当鱼粉比例为60%时,效果最佳。
The effects of fish meal with different proportions in feeds on the growth and digestive enzyme of juvenile Tinca tinca was investigated.When fish meal was chosen as the source of animal protein and beans or food was chosen cy- press as the source of plant protein,900 juveniles of Tinca tinca with the initial body weight (6.5 ± 0.22) g were randomly divided into 6 groups( Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ ,Ⅳ, Ⅴ ,Ⅵ) and each one was fed diet containing fish meal 0 %,20 %,40 %,60 %, 80 % ,and 100 % for 56 days,respectively.The results indicated that when Tinca tinca were fed with 60 % fish meal (group IV),the difference in weight increasing rate and specific growth rate between this group and other ones was extremely significant (P 〈 0.01 ).Meanwhile, the protein efficiency in this group reached its highest level and the activities of the protease in intestine and hepatopancreas maintained the highest value,while the feed coefficient was the lowest.The results also shown that when the proportion of the fish meal in the feed was increased from 0 % to 60 %, both the weight increasing rate,the specific growth rate and the protein efficiency increased simultaneously, but the feed coefficient de- creased.Although the activities of the protease and the amylase in both intestine and hepatopancreas increased significantly (P 〈 0.05),they didn't exhibit significant influence on the activities of the lipase in both intestine and hepatopancreas no significant influence (P 〉 0.05).Once the proportion of fish meal exceeded 60 %,the weight increasing rate,the specific growth rate and the protein efficiency were decreased,while the feed coefficient increased instead.Although the activities of the protease and the amylase in both intestine and hepatopancreas decreased simultaneously,the difference was not significant (P 〉 0.05).The results confirmed that the activities of the digestive enzyme and the growth of tinca could be significantly affected by a certain proportion of fish meal,the optimal results were obtained when the proportion of fish meal in the feed reached 60 %.
