摘要
流域开发一直为世界流域开发的重点内容。田纳西流域的综合治理是美国联邦政府的一个成功流域开发实践。江西省鄱阳湖生态经济区为我国首个批复的围绕五河及我国最大淡水湖开发的国家级生态经济开发区,其自然条件与田纳西流域有许多相似之处。比较研究田纳西流域开发治理的成功经验,可以为鄱阳湖生态经济区的综合开发起到积极的借鉴作用。当前应抓住国家在鄱阳湖开展生态与经济协调发展的区规划的契机,加快江西省鄱阳湖区自身的发展,与周边地区形成经济上的互动和互补产业布局模式,促进流域内人与自然的和谐发展。
River basin development has been the world＇s main focus.Tennessee Valley is the comprehensive successful watershed management practice of the federal government.Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is the first China′s approval ecological economic development zone,including the five rivers and the China′s largest freshwater lake,its natural conditions have many similarities with the Tennessee Valley.Comparative study on the successful experience of Tennessee Valley Development provided some useful assistance for Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.Jiangxi province should caught the opportunity of national area planning to develop itself,to form economic interaction and complementarily with neighboring regions,and to promote the Poyang Lake watershed harmonious development.
