摘要
目的:优选竹节参茎叶中总皂苷的提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以提取液中总皂苷的含量为指标,优选提取工艺。结果:优化后的工艺为提取2次每次100min,提取温度80℃,料液比为1∶18,纤维素酶用量为0.09%。结论:优选的提取工艺操作简便,易于生产。
Objective:To discuss the optimum extraction of total saponins of stems and leaves of Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.Method:Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum extraction technology by the index of total saponins in water extraction.Result:The best technic conditions were as follows: extracting 2 times with 100min for each time;Extraction temperature was 80℃;the ratio of material and water was 1∶ 18;the peoportion of cellulose was 0.09%.Conclution:The selected technology is simple and fit for production.
