摘要
目的探讨寻常性银屑病血热证的兼证及用药特点。方法选择经凉血潜阳法治疗3个月以上的47例寻常性银屑病血热证患者为统计对象,分析其凉血潜阳法基本方以外的药物频数、类别、归经、比率,据药证相应原则,推断寻常性银屑病血热证病理过程中出现的兼证、变证等证候特点及药物应用规律。结果针对寻常性银屑病血热证治疗,临床加减的药物从多到少依次为清热解毒类、祛湿类、解郁安神类、祛风类、化瘀类、补虚类、养阴类,针对兼证所加减的药物共有67味,按照频次,从高到低前6位依次是郁金、蛇舌草、知母、菝契、土茯苓、莪术。结论从寻常性银屑病血热证的兼证看,以方测证,按照重要程度排序依次是:"热毒"、"湿毒"、"郁"、"风"、"瘀"、"虚"。
Objective To definite the medical and symptom feature of blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris. Methods According to the clinical dialectics and the method of sifting from dialectical cytology, selecting 47 psoriasis vulgaris patients that treated by the way of cooling blood and restrain Yang more than three months to be the object. Analyzing the traditional Chinese medicine＇s frequency, classification, channel tropism, percentage and the principle of using the medicine except the treatment of cooling blood and restrainYang to infer the medical and symptom feature of blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris＇s accompanying symptoms and deterioration of symptoms. Results The importance of the kinds of Chinese herb are antipyretic detoxicate, dissolving dampness, relieving qi depression, dispelling wind-evil, activating blood circulation, invigoration, nourishing Yin, according to the treatment of Blood-heat Type Psoriasis Vulgaris. There are 67 traditional Chinese medicines aimed at accompanying symptoms and deterioration of symptoms. In accordance with the frequency the six are Yujin, Baihuasheshecao,Zhimu, Baqia,Tufulin, Eshu. Conclusion According to the accompanying symptoms of blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris and using prescription of TCM （ traditional Chinese Medi- cine） to testing the symptom, the order of important intensity is ＂toxic heat＂, ＂damp toxin＂, ＂wind-evil＂, ＂depression＂, ＂blood stasis＂ and＂ enervation＂.
