摘要
目的观察自拟红花蛇舌草汤内服外敷治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法将148例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各74例。治疗组采用自拟红花蛇舌草汤内服外敷治疗,对照组予西药维胺酯胶囊口服。治疗后比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.6%高于对照组的81.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟红花蛇舌草汤内服外敷治疗痤疮疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of self safflower snake tongue grass soup of oral and external in acne.Methods 148 cases of acne patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 74 cases.Treatment group was given self the safflower snake tongue grass soup internal and external,control group was given western medicine viaminate capsule oral.Compared the efficacy of two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.6% higher than 81.1% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Self safflower snake tongue grass soup of internal and external in acne is effective,should be widely applied.
