摘要
残余应力是影响套管挤毁抗力的主要因素之一,选择适当的热矫直工艺将降低残余应力,提高套管的抗挤性能。通过对国产244.5mm×11.99mmTP110T高抗挤套管残余应力的分析测试,研究了残余应力的产生过程、测量和控制方法,探讨了残余应力对挤毁压力的影响。
Residue stress is one of the main factors that influence press resistance force of the casing pipe.Choosing suitable hot straightening technique will reduce the residue stress and improve press resistance property.By analyzing the residue stress of high press resistance casing pipe( φ2 4 4 .5× 11.99TP- 110 T) ,the forming process and measure and control methods of the residue stress are studied.The influence of the residue stress on failure press force is discussed.
