摘要
目的优化中华补血草根总黄酮的提取工艺。方法分别运用微波法、超声波法和酶解法3种方案提取中华补血草根总黄酮,确定最佳提取方案,并运用正交实验进一步优化提取工艺。结果 3种方案中,微波提取法为最佳方案。微波提取法正交实验中,乙醇体积分数50%、料液比1∶30(g/m l)、微波功率528 W、微波时间30 s,是中华补血草根总黄酮较理想的提取条件(得率为22.19 mg/g)。结论微波法提取中华补血草根总黄酮方法简单可行,为进一步的工艺开发提供了参考。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from the root of the Limonium sinense Kuntze.Methods Microwave treatment,ultrasonic and enzymatic hydrolysis were established to extract the flavonoids from the root of the Limonium sinense Kuntze.Then,the best method would be chosen to carry on orthogonal design for extraction technology.Results Microwave extraction was the best method among three methods.In the orthogonal test,50 % ethanol,the ratio of material to liquid 1:30,microwave power rating 528 W,microwave time 30 s were the ideal extraction conditions(the extraction rate was 22.19 mg/g).Conclusion Microwave extraction of the total flavonoids from the root of the Limonium sinense Kuntze e is simple and feasible and it provides a reference for further process development.
