补血草多糖对大鼠血清及骨骼肌生化指标的影响 被引量:3

The effects of polysaccharides from Limonium spp on biochemical criterions of serum and skeletal muscle in rats

摘要 为探究补血草多糖对大鼠血清及骨骼肌生化指标的影响,将50只SD雄性大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动对照组和运动给药组(高、中、低剂量组),通过跑台运动力竭动物模型模拟竞技项目中无氧运动。给药组大鼠灌喂补血草多糖后进行跑台运动,大鼠力竭后即刻采取各组大鼠血液和腓肠肌,测定肌酸激酶(CK)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)、骨骼肌乳酸(LA)、Ca^(2+)含量等生化指标。结果表明:运动对照组和安静对照组相比,跑台运动使CK、SDH、LDH活性及MDA、Ca^(2+)、乳酸含量显著升高,SOD活性显著下降;运动对照组与运动给药组相比,灌喂补血草多糖的大鼠体重减少,力竭时间延长,CK、SDH、LDH活性及MDA含量显著下降,SOD活性显著升高。补血草多糖可大大提高大鼠的运动能力,促进机体代谢,提高氧自由基清除率。 In order to investigate the effects of polysaccharides fromLimoniumspp on biochemical criterions of serum and skeletal muscle in rats.50 male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,running control group,running and treated group.Making animal run to exhausted to simulate anaerobic exercise in competitive sports.After the running group,running and polysaccharides from Limoniumspp groups administered during seven weeks of training,they do a one-time exhaustive exercise.The weights,the exhaustive times,the serum activity of creatine kinase(CK),succinodehydrogenase(SDH),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),superoxide dismutase(SOD),the content of malonaldehyde(MDA)and skeletal muscle content of lactic acid,Ca^(2+)were measured.Exhaustive exercise increased CK,SDH,LDH,MDA,Ca^(2+),lactic acid but the SOD decreased(P〈0.05).The weights decreased and the exhaustive times lengthened after the supplement of polysaccharides fromLimoniumspp(P〈0.05).Polysaccharides fromLimoniumspp can greatly improve the exercise capacity of rats and metabolism,it can also clean up oxygen free radical.
