摘要
作者采用Hewitt非参数排列法,对四川省遗传病及先天畸形流行病学调查资料中发病早、不致早期死亡的41种疾病进行发病季节性研究,发现大多数遗传病和先天(发育)畸形发病不存在季节性波动。但染色体病中的21-三体综合征,多基因遗传病中的腹股沟疝、先天性足畸形及非遗传性疾病中的精索静脉曲张等发病具有季节性波动。本研究还发现先天性聋哑症发病存在季节性(P=0.0134)。本文还就研究季节性的其它方法进行了比较和讨论。
Analysis of seasonal variation of genetic diseases and congenital malformation could provide a clue for studying the causes of diseases and a base for developing preventive and curative measures The maximum rank sum from the data of a survey in Sichuan Province was obtained by Hewitt's method, and the accumulated probability of the six-month rank sum was obtained by checking the relevant table. The results showed that seasonal variation of the genetic diseases and congenital malformation were not significant in most of the observed diseases, However, Down's syndrom (chromosom diseases), indirect inquinal hernia, congenital clubfoot (polygenic diseases), congenital deaf-mute, and varicocele had significant seasonal variation. The methods used were discussed and compared with other methods
