摘要
分别以1-乙基咪唑和1-丁基咪唑为原料,经过羟甲基化、溴代、氰解、酸性水解、膦酰化5步反应,合成了两种新型的唑来膦酸衍生物,通过元素分析、IR、MS和1HNMR测定对目的产物进行了结构确认。
Two novel zoledronie acid derivatives were prepared by hydroxymethylation, bromination, cyano substitutlon, acid hydrolysis and phosphine acylation from the raw material of 1- ethyl-lH-imidazole and 1-butyl-lH-imidazole respectively. The products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS and ^1HNMR techniques.
