摘要
目的:观察氟康唑联合制霉菌素阴道泡腾片治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病(RVVC)的临床效果。方法:68例RVVC患者口服氟康唑,阴道放置制霉菌素阴道片1片,有效后口服氟康唑6个月进行维持期治疗,观察治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:68例RVVC患者首次治疗后临床治愈率为55.9%,好转率为42.6%,而维持期治疗后治愈率为100.0%,明显高于首次治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4例(5.9%)口服氟康唑胶囊有轻度恶心,1例(1.5%)阴道给药有阴道局部烧灼感,6个月后检查,无1例发生肝肾功能损害。结论:氟康唑联合制霉菌素阴道片经维持期治疗后外阴阴道念珠菌病复发率明显降低,可临床推广使用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of fluconazole combing with vaginal mycin tablets on recurrent genital vaginal moniliosis（RVVC）.Methods： Sixty-eight patients with RVVC were treated with oral fluconazole combing with topical use of vaginal mycin tablets till symptoms were improved.Then they continued to take fluconazole.Effects and side reactions were observed.Results： 55.9% of the 68 patients were cured and 42.6% showed improvements after they underwent the combined therapy for the first time.After the sustained fluconazole,100% were cured,significant higher than the former percentage（P〈0.01）.Nausea was observed in 4 cases（5.9）,and burning sensation was reported in 1 case（1.5%）.Neither hepatic nor renal damage was observed according to detections conducted 6 months later.Conclusions： Fluconazole combing with vaginal mycin tablets is effective on recurrent genital vaginal moniliosis,and it′s worth for clinical application in large scale.
