摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎的最佳治疗方法。方法:将定期产检的180例患病孕妇随机分为三组,延华胶囊栓剂组、制霉菌素组和苏打水擦洗阴道组。同时观察三组的临床疗效。结果:延华胶囊栓剂组治愈率为95.00%(57例),制霉菌素组为83.33%(50例),苏打水擦洗阴道组为53.33%(32例)。三组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),延华胶囊栓剂组疗效最优。结论:延华胶囊栓剂阴道放药疗效显著,无明显副作用,孕妇易接受,方法简单,用药时间短,是治疗孕期念珠菌性阴道炎较佳的疗法。
Objective： To explore the best treatment of candida vagiuitis in pregnancy. Methods： 180 cases were randomly divided into three groups, Yan-hua Capsules suppository group, Nystatin group and Soda water vaginal ecouvillon group, the therapeutic efficacy was observed. Results： The effective rate was 95.00% for Yan-hua capsule suppository（57 cases）,83.33% for Nystatin group （50cases） ,53.33% for Soda water vaginal ecouvillon group （32 cases）. There were significantly different in the three groups （P〈0.05）, and the efficacy of Yan-hua Capsules suppository was the best. Conclusion： Yan-hua Capsules suppository has significant efficacy without side effect. This treatment is more acceptable for gravida and easy to operate and it needs less time to recover. It＇s an ideal way for treating candida vaginitis.
