摘要
目的:探讨显微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛时的方法及注意事项。方法:经过磁共振断层血管成像检查后,对有血管压迫者的327例面肌痉挛患者行显微血管减压术治疗,随诊比较疗效,分析手术操作与手术并发症的关系。结果:术后症状立即消失256例,1周内消失29例,1个月内消失21例,半年内消失9例,1年内消失1例,观察1年7例症状减轻,无效2例,复发2例;49例发热,6例脑脊液漏,29例有迟发性面瘫,7例听力丧失,4例轻微共济失调。结论:显微血管减压术是治疗面肌痉挛的有效方法,正确的手术方式有助于减少手术并发症。
Objective： To explore the effect of microvascular decompression on hemifacial spasm.Methods： After magnetic resonance tomographic angiography scanning,327 patients with hemifacial spasm（HFS） caused by the compression on vasculars had microvascular decompression.The therapeutic effect was observed and compared.The relationship of operative procedure and the relative complications was analyzed.Results： In all the patients,the symptoms of 256 cases disappeared completely after the operation,including 29 cases in a week,21 cases in a month,9 cases in half a year,1 case in a year.The symptoms of 7 cases were relieved after the surgery and 2 cases were ineffective.There were 2 cases with recurrence.As to the complications caused by the surgery,the fever occurred in 49 cases,the leak of cerebrospinal fluid in 6 cases,the tardive facial palsy in 29 cases,hearing disability in 7 cases,and slight ataxia in 4 cases.Conclusion： Microvascular decompression is the effective method to treat hemifacial spasm.The correct way of surgery can decrease the complications incidence directly caused by the surgery.
