摘要 青光眼是一类具有特异性视神经损害、眼内压过高和视野缺陷等特征的眼病。如果眼内压长期持续偏高,会使人致盲。通过查阅整理研究文献,本文综述了有关青光眼药物治疗方面的研究进展,为青光眼治疗药物的进一步开发研究提供参考。 Glaucoma is an eye disease characterized by high intraocular pressure, specific optic nerve lesion and defect of visual field. The sustained high intraocular pressure will result in irreversible blindness. This article mainly summarizes the research advances of glaucoma about drug treatment by consulting and packing up the documents.
