摘要
目的:观察中西结合治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法:选择门诊病例114例随机分为中西药结合治疗组和西药对照组,西药选用长春西汀,舒血宁注射液等治疗,中西药结合组在西药治疗同时选用半夏白术天麻汤加味,两组均以7 d为1疗程,治疗1-2疗程后观察疗效。结果:对照组有效率为89.00%,中西结合治疗梅尼埃病有效率为94.73%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:半夏白术天麻汤加味具有健脾化痰、平肝熄风的功效,舒血宁注射液、长春西汀注射液可以扩张血管、改善微循环,联合应用对梅尼埃病疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of combination of Chinese and western in treating adopted Everest disease.Methods：114 outpatient records were randomly divided into the treatment group of combining traditional western medicine,western medicine control group selection,the control group was used Schwartz and shuxiening injection,the treatment group was with banxiabaizhutianma soup in the basis of control group treatment.Results：The control effect rate was 89.00%,combined therapy of western and Chinese was 94.73%,Evans two groups comparisons has significant difference.Conclusion：Banxiabaizhutianma soup has the effect of tonifying spleen and remove phlegm,stopping liver wind,Schwartz injection and shuxie ning injection can dilate blood vessels microcirculation,disease curative effect adopted Evans is distinct.
