摘要
梅尼埃病在中医病因方面主要是虚、痰、风、火、瘀,在脏以脾、肝、肾为主。辨证治疗以气血亏虚、痰湿内阻、肝阳上亢、肾阴不足、阳气虚衰、瘀血阻络六个方面结合针灸治疗,临床治疗取得较为满意的效果。
Epidemiological investigations revealed that the incidence of Meniere＇s syndrome was with increasing tendency. But modern medicine has no definite effective treatment measures. The TCM treatment of this disease has a unique advantage. In this paper,according to papers published in recent years,combined with the author＇s personal experience,from the medical perspective,We have a brief description of Meniere＇s disease pathogenesis,common clinical type,studying the therapeutic methods of the Chinese medicine treatment of this disease,medicine and acupuncture on the treatment of Meniere＇s disease.
