摘要
目的对嵊州市的中老年居民高血压的患病情况进行调查分析,为制定慢性病的干预治疗措施提供有价值的参考及依据。方法对本市1880名老年居民进行调查,用统计学方法对结果进行分析。结果男性和女性高血压的患病率、不同学历间高血压的患病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄≥70岁组的患病率明显高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与非高血压组比较,高血压患者具有较高的并发症患病率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压病是严重影响我市中老年人身体健康的疾病,对其管理工作有待加强,并制定相应的干预措施,以降低我地区高血压疾病的发病率。
Objective To investigate and analyze on the prevalence of hypertension in elderly residents in Shengzhou City providing a valuable reference and basis for the development of chronic disease intervention measures. Methods We investigated 1880 elderly in our district and used statistical methods to analyze the results. Results There were no significant difference in the hypertension rate between men and women, different educational background （P 〉 0.05 ）. The hypertension rate in the age ≥70 years group was much higher than that in the other two groups, with significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and compared with non-hypertensive group, the rate of complications in the hypertension group was much higher and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hypertension has a serious impact on the health of elderly patients in Shengzhou City, and its management needs to be strengthened, and we should develop appropriate interventions to reduce the incidence of hypertension in this area.
