摘要
现今网络已经成为旅游者出游前最重要的信息搜索形式。网络上的景区点评和综合评价对旅游者有着至关重要的作用。游客出游前对景区的认知主要是通过网络获取的。文章对在线景区评论如何影响旅游者认知的过程,以及对认知内容的分析做了一定的探索,得出相应的评论。有利于景区管理者更好地了解旅游者的认知。
Website has become the main information searching channel before people decide to go for a tourist attraction. Online comments about tourism and destination have an important impact on tourists. Tourists" cognition comes mainly from website. This study acknowledges the process of tourists" cognition and its influencing factors, and quest the content of the cognition. At last, this study gives some advice about tourists" cognition for managers in tourist attraction.
