摘要 目的评估基于中心动脉波形获取的心内膜下心肌活力率(SEVR)的重复性。方法两位操作者对30名健康者(24~59岁)进行SEVR测量,24 h后第一操作者再进行一次测量。结果同一观察者、两位观察者以及day-to-day测量的两次SEVR的平均不同(±2标准差)分别为:-0.02±0.28,0.00±0.24,-0.04±0.38;ICC值分别为0.883,0.912,0.765,均大于0.75;P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论基于中心动脉波形获取的SEVR组内、组间以及day-to-day的重复性好,适用于心血管疾病的早期评估。 Objective To assess the reproducibility of subendocardial viability ratio(SEVR) based on central arterial waveforms. Methods SEVR measurement was performed in 30 healthy volunteers (24-59 years) by two ob- servers on the same day and repeated by the first observer after 24h. Results The mean intra-observer,inter-observer and day-to-day difference ( ± 2 SD)for SEVR were -0.02 ± 0.28,0.00 ± 0.24, -0.04 ± 0.38, and intraclass correlation coefficients were O. 883,0.912,0.765, all higher than 0.75, with no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The SEVR showed a good intra-observer,inter-observer and day-to-day reproducibility and can be used in clinical test and early intervention of cardiovascular disease.
