摘要 袖带法测量肱动脉血压具有简便、重复性好等优点,因此长期以来,被广泛地应用于心血管危险的评估和降压治疗效果的观察。然而,从中心的主动脉到外周动脉血管,存在以心脏射血形成的前向波增高为典型特征的压力放大;从外周到中心。
