摘要
目的:探讨护理管理中的人性化管理。方法:在复习文献的基础上结合自己的护理体会从必要性.管理理念与方法等方面进行讨论。结果:护理管理必须贯彻人性化原则,要改变管理理念,尊重护理人员;实施情感管理,温馨氛围中提高工作效率;管理民主化雨制度化,科学程序保证理念落实。结论:人性化管理使护士的自主性得到充分发挥,护理质量得到提高,科室整体形象得到改善,医院服务效益得到提升。
