摘要
目的使临床护士感受人性化的温暖,促进护理服务质量的提高。方法①实行公开管理;②尊重护士人格;③正确处理护士的合理需求;④善于运用激励方法。结果为护士营造了宽松、和谐的工作氛围及人文环境,护士的工作、学习积极性以及护理质量得到明显提高。结论护理管理人员要适应新形势,提高自身素质,坚持运用和发展人性化护理管理。
Objective To make the nurses teel the warmth of humanity, and promote the improvement of the quality oi humanistic nursing service.Method The following measures were carried out,which including： ①practicing open management;②respecting nurses＇ personality;③trying best to satisfy nurses＇ reasonable demands;④applying inspiring methods appropriately. Results This practice created harmonious and relaxed humanistic working environment for nurses and promoted their working and learning enthusiasm and improved the quality of nursing. Conclusion Nursing managers should adapt to the new situation and improve their own diathesis to practice and develop humanistic nursing management constantly..
