不同分子量壳聚糖膜的制备研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究不同分子量壳聚糖膜来研究壳聚糖成膜的影响因素,为壳聚糖膜作为生长因子载体提供实验依据.方法采用4种不同分子量(3 000,10万,20万,45万)的壳聚糖,以溶剂蒸发法分别制备含有和不含明胶的壳聚糖膜.结果不同分子量壳聚糖均能成膜,对于大分子量的壳聚糖,是否加入明胶对成膜无明显影响;而对于分子量3 000的壳聚糖加入明胶、甘油等赋形剂是成膜的必要条件.结论壳聚糖的成膜与分子量及添加的赋形剂有关. Objective Growth factors are used to accelerate osseous integrations.Usually,growth factors are destroyed easily and fixed difficultly in oral implantology area.The aim of this study was to prepare chitosans membrane with different molecular weight,and provide evidence for the application of chitosans in oral implants.Method Chitosans membranes and gelatin-chitosans membranes were prepared with chitosans with different molecular weight(3 000,100,000,200,000,450,000)by solvent evaporation method.Results Chitosans with all different molecular weight could be prepared to chitosans membranes.The addition of gelatin didn't affect the preparation of chitosans membranes with chitosans with high molecular weight.When preparing low molecular weight chitosan membranes,the addition of gelatin and glycerin was necessary.Conclusion The preparation of chitosans membranes is related with the molecular weight and the addition of excipients.
