西部地区环境-经济效率实证研究——基于非期望产出的SBM模型分析被引量：5

摘要本文运用非期望产出的SBM模型测算了2000-2009年西部地区11个省市的环境-经济效率值,分析了十年来西部地区环境-经济效率的差异及演进规律。结果发现,考虑环境污染变量后的环境-经济效率值较经济效率值有了明显的下降,环境-经济效率评价的准确性和可信度较高。
