宫腔镜在腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨宫腔镜在腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术中的应用价值。方法在标准腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除技术基础上,将之改良为宫腹腔镜联合鞘膜内子宫切除术式,选择因子宫良性病变需行子宫切除手术的患者40例,行宫腹腔镜联合筋膜内子宫切除。结果手术时间(134.63±41.61)min;出血量(164.00±61.72)mL;手术并发症仅1例,为腹壁穿刺口出血。结论宫腔镜应用于腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术中,手术操作容易,并发症少,为临床治疗提供了新的手术方式。
