甘蓝型油菜黄籽双低核不育系G212A的选育与应用 被引量:2

Breeding and Application of Double Low Genic Male Sterile Line G212A of Brassica napus L.with Yellow Seeds

摘要 G212A是利用"油研九号"后代中分离的不育株(Y9A)为母本,黄籽双低油菜品系212(h220×中双4号)为父本,通过测交、回交、系内成对兄妹交转育而成的甘蓝型油菜黄籽双低核不育两型系。该不育系不育性稳定,不育彻底,恢复源广,经济性状优良,易测配出优质黄籽组合。经检测,G212A芥酸含量为0.6%,硫苷为24.93μmol/g饼,含油量45.41%。 Taking the sterile plant (Y9A) which separated from the progeny of Youyan 9 as female parent and taking the double low rape line 212 (h220xZhongshuang 4) with yellow seeds as male parent, a new double low genie male sterile (GMS) line G212A with yellow seeds was developed through various breeding methods, including test cross, backcross and sister inbred. The sterile character of G212A, which had extensive restorers and good economical character, was very stable and complete, and it was easy to combine more varieties with high quality. Been tested, the contents of erucic acid, glueosinolates and oil in G212A were 0.6%, 24.93μmol/g (cake) and 45.41%, respectively.
