摘要
本研究选用“陆奥”油菜为母本,“五十铃”油菜为父本进行品种间杂交,以父本连续回交,育成了新的质核互作结构的甘蓝型油菜雄性不育系 MICMS。该不育系花器官形态和花药解剖结构的变异现象与已知的油菜细胞质雄性不育系相似。通过不同品种测交,已鉴定出对 MICMS 具有较好恢、保能力的品种。
A new cytoplasm-nuclear male sterile line-MICMS(Mutsu-Isuzu cytoplasmicMale Sterile)has been developed by continuous backcrossing during the backcrossingthe recurrent parent Isuzu was crossed the progenies of a cross between two Japanesevarieties(Brassica napus L.)Mutsu×Isuzu.The morphology of the floral organand the cytological development of the anther of MICMS were similar to the knownCMS.Through test crossing to different varieties(Brassica napus),a variety with highrestoring and some with good maintaining ability to MICMS have been found.
