左半结直肠癌合并急性肠梗阻外科诊治体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨左半结直肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2002年—2009年我院诊治左半结直肠癌合并急性肠梗阻28例的临床资料。结果 28例均行急诊手术,均未发生吻合口瘘,切口感染2例,住院20 d^45 d,Ⅰ期愈合出院。结论急诊手术处理在左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻要根据个体化原则选择合理术式,Ⅰ期行左半结肠切除吻合术,术后吻合口瘘等并发症无明显升高,可以避免结肠造瘘和Ⅱ期手术,是一种安全可行的方法。
