摘要
目的探讨结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的外科处理经验。方法收集28例结肠癌并发肠梗阻的外科手术治疗临床资料并总结分析。结果 24例患者术后痊愈出院,痊愈率为85.7%。左半结肠Ⅰ期切除吻合出现1例吻合口漏。右半结肠Ⅰ期切除吻合未出现吻合口漏。1例患者死于多器官功能衰竭。共发生切口感染4例,切口裂开1例,肺部感染1例。结论结肠癌并发肠梗阻是外科急症之一,在急诊的情况下尽量做好应做的必要检查,有效肠道减压,熟练操作技术等是避免术后并发症的关键因素。
Objective To discuss the surgical treatment experience of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction. Method The clinical data of 28 cases of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction were treated with surgery and retrospective analyzed. Result 24 cases were healed, curative rate was 85.7%. One case had anastomatic leakage, one case died from multiple organ failure, 4 cases had wound infection, one case had pulmonary infection, and one case had wound disruption. Conclusion Colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction is surgical emergency. Preoperative gastric decompression and good surgeon technique is key to avoid complications.
