低碳经济将在今后一段时期内成为重点的竞争领域,谁把握了低碳的动脉,也就意味着潜在的经济收益。贵阳市若要抓住低碳经济发展的机遇,必须在了解低碳经济内涵的基础上联系市情,运用多元主体理论作出发展低碳经济的战略选择。
Low-carbon economy will be the key field of competition in the next period. Low-carbon, as the artery of economy, implies potential economic benefits. The paper proposes that only when the connotation of low-carbon is connected with city condition and the strategic choice of low-carbon economy is made on the base of multiple subjects theory, can Guiyang grasp the opportunity of low-carbon economic development.
