摘要
讨论了铁氧体材料磨削加工中可能出现的表面缺陷.通过研究和实践解决了实际工作中遇到的铁氧体磨削表面质量问题,得到了满足使用要求的工件.同时总结出了砂轮状况、磨削参数等影响铁氧体磨削加工表面质量的因素以及应当采取的工艺方法和制造过程中的控制措施.
This paper introduces the surface defects may appear in grinding process of the ferrite part and the problem of how to guarantee its surface quality.After the research and practice process,the problem is resolved and the part met to application requirement is gotten.In following sections,the factors that affect the surface quality of the part such as the state of grinding wheel and the grinding parameters are summarized.Process techniques and process quality control are also concluded which can be made reference to in resolving the similar problems.
