摘要
建立了一种新的由砂轮不平衡量引起工件及砂轮主轴系统振动的力学模型。在对磨削表面波纹度产生机理进行分析的基础上,采用砂轮在线液体平衡技术,就砂轮不平衡量对磨削波纹度的影响规律进行了定量研究,得出在线实时平衡砂轮是提高磨削质量、降低磨削波纹度的重要途径。
A new mechanical model of the vibration between the workpiece and the main spindle caused by the grinding wheel unbalance is proposed in this paper. Based on the theoretical analysis of the ground surface waviness growth, applying the technique of the liquid compensation of the dynamic unbalance of a grinding wheel, this paper researches the effect of the dynamic unbalance of a grinding wheel on surface waviness. The experiment results have indicated that the technique of the liquid compensation of the dynamic unbalance of a grinding wheel on line can be used for reducing the ground surface waviness.
