摘要
公民意识的形成是在各种内外因素的共同作用下,主观见之于客观的复杂过程。个体的知、情、意、行等诸要素的辩证关系及其在外界因素影响下的矛盾运动的复杂过程,构成了公民意识形成的内在机制。内在机制原理要求公民意识培育既要适应个体原有的意识结构水平和发展要求,又要超越个体意识结构的现有基础,体现现代社会的意识形态要求。因此,在公民意识的培育过程中,要坚持主体性原则,把培育对象视为主体,引导其从他律走向自律;要遵循培育的基本规律,重点研究个体的身心发展规律和意识形成规律;要结合个体特征和时代发展创新公民意识培育的方法;要优化和改善公民意识培育的宏观环境和微观环境,为公民意识的培育与和谐社会的构建奠定良好的基础。
The formation of citizen consciousness is a process which is the subjective translated into the objective with internal and external causes.Internal mechanism of formation of citizen consciousness is the process that interaction about people＇s cognition/emotion/volition/action under the influence of the external environments,the implementation of all steps in internal mechanism require certain conditions.We should be adapted to the existing consciousness structure of individuals,moreover,we must exceed the foundation of individual consciousness in order to meet social expectations.So,we should achieve the following goals：to adhere to entity principle and realize that the object of cultivation is the subject,to guide them from heteronomy to autonomy;we should follow the basic law of cultivation of citizen consciousness,some laws are the important of study with the development of body and mind and the formation of individual consciousness;to innovate methods of cultivation of citizen consciousness;to optimize and improve the environments of cultivation of citizen consciousness.
