摘要
目前我国已经进入了城市化快速发展阶段,城铁作为大中城市解决交通问题的重要手段和城市发展与更新的推动元素,起着越来越重要的作用。根据城市开发的TOD和城市触媒理论,及对国内外城铁站周边区域综合开发的案例研究,本文以提高城市运行效率、满足人性化需求、优化城市空间结构、促进城市经济发展为目的,在城市功能总体定位下对城铁站周边区域进行开发模式的研究,以促进该区域可持续发展,并为今后城铁站周边区域的综合开发提供合理指导。
China is in the process of fast urbanization. It is becoming more and more important for city railway as an significant measure to solve the traffic problems in metropolitan , as a key element for city＇ s development and renew. On the basic theory of TOD, urban catalytic and other successful cases in the field of urban design, it is important to do some research on exploit modle nearby the railway station under the city＇ microscopic functional frame, which can enhance the efficiency of city function, fullfill the the demands for humanized life , optimize the city spatial structure, make the economic more prosperity, and direct other city railway stations＇ construction.
