摘要
在pH 4的缓冲溶液中,内酯型荧光黄与β-环糊精形成1:1包合物,其紫外-可见吸光变和荧光强度均下降。考察了pH,离子强度及有机溶剂对包合物稳定性的影响;采用热力学法分析了温度和包合常数的关系,计算了包合过程的焓变,熵变及自由能变化;并通过分子模拟和红外光谱法对包合物的包合形式进行理论探讨和研究。
at pH 4, the lactonic structure of fluorescein (FI) and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) could form a 1:1 inclusion complex, and its fluorescence and UV-Vis absorption intensities decreased by the addition of Study of inclusion complex formation between the lactonic structure of fluorescein and β-cyclodextrin -CD. Effect of the pH, solvent and ionic strength on the inclusion complex of FY and β-CD were examined. Meanwhile, the thermodynamic parameters of the inclusion reaction at pH 4, △G, △H and △S were obtained. In addition, the encapsulation process was characterized by molecular modeling and infrared spectrometry.
