摘要
北京油气调控中心在整合陕京一线SCADA系统时,将其原有的Modbus协议串口通信升级为基于TCP/IP的IEC60870-5-104协议(简称IEC104协议)网络通信。IEC 104协议的实现要点:主站和子站之间使用的IEC 104协议基于网络传输层可靠的TCP传输协议;主站(客户端)主动进行TCP连接,而子站(服务器端)被动响应TCP连接;双方都使用固定的TCP端口号2404;服务器端和客户端互知对方的IP地址,作为判断连接的依据;当客户端没有进行数据请求而服务器端有数据变化时,服务器会主动上传变化数据。通过对陕京一线SCADA系统应用Modbus协议和IEC 104协议时业务数据流和数据响应时间进行比较和分析,总结并归纳了管道站场与调控中心之间应用基于IEC 104协议的网络通信的优势:实时性好、可靠性高、数据流量大、便于信息量扩充、支持逢变则报、支持网络传输、数据带时间标签等。
During the consolidation of SCADA system for the 1st Shanxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline,IEC60870-5-104 protocol based on TCP/IP has been applied to substitute the original communication mode of Modbus serial protocol.The key points in IEC implementation is that IEC protocol between master and sub stations is based on the reliable TCP connection;the TCP connection is initialized by the master station(client),and then accepted by the sub station(server);the both sides use the fixed 2404 TCP port the acknowledged IP addresses of the server and client are regarded as the basis for connection;under the condition of no requests from the client but it is indeed changed in the server,the data will be sent initiatively by the server.Based on the analysis of data ? ow and data response time in comparing the old station control system used Modbus protocol to the reconstructed station control system used IEC 104 protocol,it is proposed that application of IEC 104 protocol based on network between station and control center has such a great advantages such as real time,high reliability,large data throughput,easy extension,report by exception,network transferring,data with timestamp,etc.
