摘要
在人类历史这条长河中,始终裹杂着贪污贿赂犯罪的泥沙。不但今天世界各国都深受其害,古代亦然。贪污贿赂犯罪直接影响经济健康发展、毒化社会风气、动摇道德基础并危及社会安定和王朝政权的稳定。我国古代的统治者从政权更替的教训中也认识到了贪污贿赂犯罪的危害,为了维护自身利益,采取了包括严刑峻法惩处、道德礼仪教化、加强监督和管理、完善选拔和考核制度等多种措施加以防控。
In this river of human history,always wrapped mingled with corruption and bribery of the sand.Not only are deeply hurt by the world today,the ancient no different.Direct impact of corruption and bribery healthy economic development,social atmosphere poisoned,shaken the moral foundation and jeopardize social stability and stability of the regime dynasty.China＇s ancient rulers of the lessons from the regime change has also recognized the dangers of corruption and bribery,in order to safeguard their own interests,to take,including draconian punishment,morality and decency,values,strengthen supervision and management,improve the selection and appraisal system and other preventive and controlling measures.
