摘要
目的探讨在放疗中心实施健康教育的方式及其效果。方法针对肿瘤患者及放疗工作人员的现状,通过心理学、社会学、管理学以及健康教育学等多学科交叉综合的方式进行分析,对患者及家属进行针对性的健康教育,并对放疗中心工作人员进行健康教育知识培训,提高其健教能力。结果通过建立科学、有效的健康教育体系,使患者基本了解自己的疾病情况和治疗计划,消除患者对放射治疗的负面情绪,增强治疗信心,融洽医患关系。结论通过有效的健康教育可以缓解患者的心理压力,改善生存质量。
Objective To discuss health education practice in the center of radiation therapy. Methods Analysed the existing circumstances of tumor patients and staffs in the center in a muti-subjects manner.At the same time,individual and specific education was provided to suit individual cases. Results Tumor patients understood their conditions and the treatment plans better and released negtive motion after the scientific and effective educational practice. Conclusion Scientific and effective educational practice can relieve tumor patients＇stressful situation and facilitate their postoperative recovery.
