摘要
现行大学教学模式存在着以知识性教学为主要目标,忽视创新能力的培养;教学模式单一,以传授为主;教师主宰教学过程,师生关系不民主,学生的主体性没有得到弘扬;重视课本知识的学习,丰富的教学资源利用不够等弊端。依据新的人才观、教学目标观、教学过程本质观、师生观和教学评价观,大学教学模式应由教师讲授模式转向师生合作教学模式、导学模式与探究模式,由单一化走向多元化、综合化,由智力教学模式转向非智力教学模式的有机结合,充分利用信息技术,建构开放的网络教学模式。
The present mode of university teaching model exists the following detriment,such as taking knowledge-based teaching as main objective while neglecting the cultivation of innovation ability;monotone teaching model characterized by passive teaching;the teaching process dominated by teachers,lack of democracy in student-teacher relations,neglect of students' autonomy;paying attention to the textbook knowledge,inadequate utilization of instructional resources and so on.Based on the new talent,the teaching objectives,the nature of the teaching process,the teachers and students view and the teaching evaluation,the university teaching model should be transform from the teachers teaching model into the students and teachers co-teaching model,guiding model and exploring model,from a single model to the multi-direction,totalization,by the intellectual teaching model to the intelligence-non-intellectual combination of teaching,full use of the information technology,and construct the open net-teaching mode.
