摘要
为了提高调度员对电网事故的处理能力,降低事故扩大化和事故处理时间,海东供电公司与南瑞公司联合开发了适合海东电网的调度员仿真培训系统(DTS)。文章介绍了该系统的功能及其软硬件组成,分析了该系统在实际开发和应用中的效果,并对海东电网DTS系统的发展提出了建议。
In order to improve dispatchers handling capability for power grid incident,and reduce accidents expansion and the processing time for the accident,Haidong Power Supplying Company and Nanrui Company jointly developed suitable for Haidong powe grid＇s Dispatcher Training Simulator（DTS）.The paper introduces the system＇s function and hardware and software components,and analyzes the system＇s effect in actual development and application,and proposes some requirements and ideas for DTS＇s development.
