摘要
讨论了建设省、地广域互联电网一体化DTS的必要性，分别从调度人员必备知识与技能、开操作票与正常情况下例闸操作、故障与异常的分析判断及处理和电网仿真等方面论述了省、地广域互联电网一体化DTS地区电力调度所应具备的功能。
Discussed the construction provincial,wap,the necessity of the integration of interconnected power grid DTS,separately from dispatching personnel necessary knowledge and skills,operation and normally patients with abnormal operating,failure analysisjudgement and processing and network simulation is discussed and the wide-area interconnected power grid provinces,the integration of electric power dispatching DTS area required functions.
