摘要
Vericut是一款既能仿真又能优化的CAD/CAM软件,不仅能够实现刀具轨迹仿真和机床仿真的同步显示,而且能进行仿真优化,改进切削效率,而目前高校中加工仿真优化方面的实验甚少,本文选择一典型航空零件-大飞机角架零件设计Vericut环境下的数控加工优化实验,使高校教育跟上时代步骤,即提高学生数控编程能力和数控机床的利用率,又符合目前数控技术的发展方向,培养适应市场的工程人才。
Vericut is a kind of CAD/CAM software, which can both simulation and optimization. With the advantage of tool path simulation and machine simulation can be displayed synchronously, it has been widely used in NC system simulation. In this paper, we take an angle bracket of the Big Plane as an example, designing an experiment of machining simulation and optimization using vericut. It is not only conformed to the development in numerical control technology ,but also can ensure safety of students when practicing. The ability of NC programming for students and the utilization rate of CNC machines can also be greatly improved.
