摘要
在针对工程车上对倾动装置的高精度易操作的要求,开发出了一种基于两相混合式步进电机的高精度自调整模糊控制系统。为提高系统的定位精度,设计出了一种基于D/A转换器、集成脉宽调制控制芯片SG3525和GAL20V8等器件的步进电机斩波恒流细分驱动系统。并将模糊推理机制和常规PID控制结合起来,优化了驱动系统的控制参数及控制性能。为改善电机转动的平稳性,采用了抛物线升降频法对电机速度进行调节。整个系统定位精确,性能稳定,安全可靠。
A exact self-regulation fuzzy control system based on two-phase hybrid stepper motor was designed for the auto tilting equipment. In order to improve the positioning accuracy of the system was designed which the basis of D/A converters, SG3525 constant current control circuit and GAL logic integrated unit, the drive system of Chopping for constant current was introduced. Fuzzy inference mechanism and the conventional PID control were combined, Optimiz- ing the drive system control parameters and control performance. To improve the smoothness of motor rotation, the frequency-rising and frequency-falling use parabolic curve method. The whole system was accurate, stable and secure.
