子宫肉瘤术后的辅助治疗 被引量：4

摘要 子宫肉瘤较为少见,仅占所有子宫恶性肿瘤的1%～3%。子宫肉瘤起源于子宫间质、结缔组织或平滑肌组织,具有多种组织学形态,恶性程度高,手术治疗是其主要治疗手段,但因其具有局部复发率高和早期即发生远处转移的特征,预后较差,5年生存率仅为20%～30%。因此,术后辅助放疗、化疗及激素治疗等,以期延长患者生存期。
