摘要
子宫肉瘤是一组来源于子宫间质、结缔组织或平滑肌的恶性肿瘤,是较少见的妇科恶性肿瘤,占妇科恶性肿瘤的1%～3%,其恶性程度高,易复发,预后差,手术治疗是最主要的治疗方法,近10a来,子宫肉瘤的辅助治疗,特别是联合化疗有了明显的进展,使疗效显著改善.
Uterine sarcoma is a kind of malignant tumor arising from stroma,connective tissue, smooth muscle of uterus. It is rare malignant tumor which represent 1%～3% of all female genital tract neoplasmas. It has a high tendency to spread and recurrence rate, poor prognosis. Surgery is still a main important method of treatment. Up to 10 years, the adjuvant therapy of uterine sarcoma, especially the adjuvant chemotherapy has gained a significant progress, leading to improve the effect of therapy.
