关于边缘性脑炎 被引量：10

摘要 一段时间以来，边缘性脑炎（LE）受到国内业界同仁的关注。2009年，国内报告1例畸胎瘤发生边缘性脑炎的病例，但遗憾的是，未能进行相关抗体检测。此后遇到相同病例，由于在体液标本中检测到相关抗体即抗N-甲基、D-天冬氨酸（NMDA）受体抗体，使得诊断更为明确。此外，由于及时切除了肿瘤并进行了相关治疗，患者完全康复，重新回到学习岗位。
